Welcome

We are East London’s creative community. Netil House is home to 94 creative studios, Netil Market, Netil000 and rooftop events space Netil360. Over 100 creative businesses reside in our building from acrobats to music producers to photographers to art restorers to filmmakers … and the list keeps growing.

We welcome creatives from all disciplines and act as a facilitator; encouraging our community to work together building networks within East London and beyond.  We have three dedicated versatile events spaces, plus stairwells, carparks, market stalls, landings, and more events spaces at Hackney Downs Studios.

We’re proud of the amazing transformation that our building has undergone. Netil House has been transformed from derelict building, to a large community of exciting creatives.

We do lifestyle, wellness, food, drink, parties and our building runs around the clock from dawn till dawn.
